This video is designed to identify areas of legal risk to which a dental laboratory is exposed and to suggest methods of conducting business to minimize or eliminate these risks; also to protect financial resources subject to loss due to unfavorable legal actions-this process is called risk management. This presentation includes case histories to show legal vulnerability and stresses the need for adequate insurance.
