Step-by-step procedures involved in fabricating a crown and sleeve prosthesis are demonstrated.  Included in these procedures are wax-up on the dies, forming and fitting copings, soldering and forming crowns with composite resins and completing the case with the pourresin technique.  This video was produced by the Dental Education Center, U.S. Veterans Administration.
