In this course, FDLT005 – Business Practices, you will learn about the different types of dental laboratories (in-house, small, medium, large, conglomerates), the types of positions in them, and their associated responsibilities (dentist, dental technician, dental team).

This is being offered as an individual course; however, if you combine the content from this course with several other courses, it can provide important fundamental information that will help frame the field of dental laboratory technology. 

The initial seven courses (FDLT001 through FDLT007) will encompass information that provides a general introduction to dental laboratory technology.
